1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdpopfb1 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bdpopfb1 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdpopfb1 does not permit access to persons under 18, without exception.

bdpopfb1 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. The platform employs age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law. Winnings accrued on an underage account are not payable.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on bdpopfb1, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on bdpopfb1. The platform actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and other technical means. If duplicate accounts are identified, bdpopfb1 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicates, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdpopfb1 login credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdpopfb1 supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Deposits via other methods may carry different minimums as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable transaction fees) and a review of the account.

Deposits are typically credited to your bdpopfb1 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support@bdpopfb1 with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, to prevent money laundering. bdpopfb1 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered (i.e., funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without any betting activity) may be subject to an administrative processing fee. This policy exists to prevent the platform from being used as a payment intermediary.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bdpopfb1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, charged by your payment provider are outside the control of bdpopfb1 and are your responsibility.

4.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on bdpopfb1 are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. The platform does not store full card numbers or mobile banking PINs. Sensitive payment credentials are handled exclusively by our certified payment partner integrations.

5. Bonus & Promotions

bdpopfb1 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%-20%). The contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity window will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawal Cap on Bonus Winnings: Some promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus play. This cap, if applicable, is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held on a bdpopfb1 account at any given time. New bonuses cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active unless stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: bdpopfb1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or close an account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse any promotion. Abuse includes but is not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, and reverse-withdrawing deposits made to qualify for a reload bonus.

6. User Obligations

By using bdpopfb1, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdpopfb1:

• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings gained through a known or apparent error must be reported to support immediately and are not payable.
• Colluding with other players, or with any person employed by or associated with bdpopfb1, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful betting activity.
• Making or facilitating payments using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bdpopfb1 staff or other players.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a possible and normal outcome. You confirm that funds deposited to bdpopfb1 are discretionary funds intended for entertainment purposes and do not represent money required for essential living expenses. You are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion. 6.3 Compliance with Applicable Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bdpopfb1 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdpopfb1 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of our own operational framework. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdpopfb1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which such action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested time frame.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• An account being identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
• A player voluntarily requesting account closure or self-exclusion via our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Extended inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the dormant account policy published in the account settings section of the platform.

Where an account is closed at the initiative of bdpopfb1 due to breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of bonus funds and associated winnings subject to investigation may be returned to the player's verified payment method, at bdpopfb1's discretion, following completion of any internal review.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@bdpopfb1 with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdpopfb1, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game outcome displays resulting from data feed errors, provided that any such error is corrected promptly upon identification and affected bets are settled at the correct values.
• Any loss or damage to your device, data, or software arising from use of the bdpopfb1 platform.

The total aggregate liability of bdpopfb1 to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

bdpopfb1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We commit to taking all reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain platform availability and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted 100% uptime.
